• Help Centre + a support centre — plain-English guides, and a /support form (with screenshot upload) so you can reach a real person who replies by email.
• KnowLocal Plus is live — a 12-month weekly companion: one expert task a week, a monthly re-scan, competitor tracking. £29 founding (normally £99), one payment, no subscription, optional £49/year renewal afterwards.
• Weekly task emails now include last week's task tracker (one-click "mark done"), a "since your scan" progress strip, and your live report link.
• Strategy agent + knowledge layer — tasks are validated against current local SEO / AI-search / reputation guidance, so advice never goes stale.
• Email-to-audit — email a Google link to our scan address, reply with the code we send, and your report comes straight back.
• WhatsApp delivery (optional) for the weekly task.
• Stripe checkout with instant membership activation.
• Clear refund policy — your programme starts the moment you pay; full details in our Terms.
